How to Participate

Please submit the request form through the submission portal during the open window.

Important Notes

If we receive more submissions than the available slots, we will review all forms and select the two that best match the aesthetic themes we are currently exploring.
Please make sure that the face-up styles displayed on this website align with your aesthetic expectations. The completed face-up will reflect the overall style and quality shown in our portfolio.
Please ensure you are ready to ship your sculpt within one week if selected (a confirmation email will be sent). Heads that are currently on order, in transit from a dealer, or still in production are not eligible to participate in this pilot run.
You may submit separate forms for different blank sculpts; however, each client is limited to a maximum of one slot for this pilot run. Please ensure all submitted details are complete and accurate.
